Teaching yoga since 2006 Shakti has developed a intimate sense of everyone needs. She leads classes in Miami at the most prestigious club, Equinox. This retreat is a direct transmission of her 25 years of practice, distilled into 4 transformative days.

DO I NEED PRIOR YOGA EXPERERIENCE?

None at all. Restorative Yoga is gentle and accessible - no inversions, no advance poses, just deep opening and release. Every sessions meets you where you are. First timers and seasoned practitioners both are welcome.

HOW DO I GET TO MIZATA ?

Fly into San Salvador International (SAL) Your round trip shuttle is included in the retreat cost -Anti Resort is about 2 hrs along the coastal highway, with breathtaking views as we travel to our destination. A group departure time will be coordinated, so plan your flights to align.

WHAT IS TEMAZCAL EXPERIENCE?

A Temazcal is a traditional Mayan sweat lodge - a circular stone structure heated by volcanic rocks. Guided by an authentic Mayan Shaman it’s a ceremony of purification, rebirth, and deep connection to ancestral wisdom. It’s intense, beautiful, and transformative. Not recommended for those with heart conditions or severe claustrophobia.

IS THE VOLCANO HIKE SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS?

Volcan Llamatepec is a guided hike of roughly 1.5 hours up and 1 down - moderate difficulty. A reasonable base fitness level is helpful. Our guide will set a comfortable pace for the group. The summit views are absolutely worth it. And if don’t feel it, you are more than welcome to stay and chill at the hotel, or do what feels more align with you.

ARE MEALS INCLUDED AND CAN DIETARY NEEDS BE ACCOMODATED ?

Two meals per day are included. Anti Resort’s kitchen sources locally and accommodates vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. You’ll share your dietary needs when registering and they’ll be fully honored through the retreat.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

A $500 deposit reserves your place and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellations more than 60 days before the retreat receive a full refund of additional payments. Within 60 days, 50% is retained. Within 30 days, full balance is retained - though transfer to a future retreat date is considered on case-by-case basis.

Yoga Nidra-often called yogic sleep-is an ancient guided meditation practice that systematically brings you into this deeply restful threshold, where the nervous system fully surrenders and profound transformation becomes possible. Unlike active meditation practices that require mental effort or focus, Yoga nidra asks only one thing of you: to lie down and listen. Through a carefully layered journey of boy awareness, breath sensation, imagery, and intention- known as the snakalpa- you are guided into delta brainwave states that mirrors deep sleep, while a thread of conscious awareness remains gently present.
